The Secureye S-OLT-GPON-16 is a 16-port Layer 3 GPON Optical Line Terminal designed for FTTH deployments, broadband service providers and enterprise fiber networks. It supports a maximum 1:128 splitting ratio and offers transmission distances of up to 20 km under suitable network conditions. The unit features 8 Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 ports and 4 optical uplink interfaces supporting the specified 1GE SFP / 10GE SFP+ configuration. Layer 2 switching, Layer 3 routing, VLAN management, multicast handling and QoS functions help support efficient traffic control across connected services. Its 1U rackmount design, dual power module hot backup and EMS-based management make it suitable for centralized fiber access deployments. The platform supports compatible third-party ONTs, subject to interoperability and configuration requirements.
